Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability Awards -2007 Asian Centre For Corporate Governance & Sustainability Mumbai January 23, 2008, Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability presented Corporate Governance, CSR & leadership Awards – 2007 at its 8th International Conference on Corporate Governance & Sustainability. Awards were presented in the following categories; § Best Non Executive Independent Director-2007 § Best Woman Director- 2007 § Best Transformational Leader – 2007 § Best Audit Committee – 2007 § Best Governed Company – 2007 § Company with the Best CSR and Sustainability Practices-2007 Mr. S. Ramadorai, MD, Tata Consultancy Services, chaired the Awards Committee and the members were eminent Indian personalities, largely drawn from Indian Corporate world. Awards were presented at a glittering function at Ballroom, Hotel Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai at the hands of 1. Mr. Andre Baladi - member of the International Advisory Board of the NYSE Euronext Stock Exchange. 2.
