Dominic Barton
Dominic Barton is the current Chairman of International Integrated Reporting Council, (IIRC) London. He is also the global managing partner emeritus of McKinsey. He is based in London and leads the firm’s focus on the future of capitalism and the role business leadership can play in creating long-term social and economic value.
Before becoming managing partner, Dominic served as McKinsey’s chairman in Asia from 2004 to 2009. He also headed McKinsey’s office in Korea from 2000 to 2004.
Mervyn King
Mervyn King is a Senior Counsel and former Judge of the Supreme Court of South Africa. He is Professor Extraordinaire at the University of South Africa, Honorary Professor at the Universities of Pretoria and Cape Town and a Visiting Professor at Rhodes. He is Chairman of the King Committee on Corporate Governance in South Africa, which produced King I, II, III and IV, and Chairman Emeritus of IIRC in London, as well as of the Global Reporting Initiative in Amsterdam and a member of the Private Sector Advisory Group to the World Bank on Corporate Governance. He is the author of five books on governance, sustainability and reporting, the latest being “The Auditor. Quo Vadis”. He sits as an arbitrator and mediator internationally. Sanjiv Bajaj is the Managing Director & CEO of Bajaj Finserv Ltd. that operates in the insurance business through Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd., as well as in the lending business through Bajaj Finance Ltd. He is the Vice Chairman of Bajaj Finance Ltd and Chairman of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company. As Managing Director & CEO of Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd his role includes building the strategy and team, and guiding this investment company, which has almost Rs. 80,000 crore in cash and investments (at market value) including 33.43% stake in Bajaj Auto and 39.16% in Bajaj Finserv as on 31 March 2019.

He is MBA (Finance specialization), and has done a course from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, for board of Directors on ‘Governing the Corporation: Global Perspectives in the Indian Context’. He is is Chairman of Mahendra & Young Knowledge Foundation and Vice Chairman of Global Advisory Board of Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability.
He is Member of International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), UK, Member of the Global Board of The International Institute of Governance & Leadership (IIGL), Netherlands and Member of Independent Appointment Committee of The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Amsterdam, which is a 5 member committee from around the world responsible to select Global Sustainability Standard Board members. 2004.
Gautam Kumra
Gautam Kumra is the Managing Director of McKinsey’s India office. He founded the McKinsey Leadership Institute in India, which focuses on developing leaders who can deliver transformational change, and he convenes our Bower Forum for CEOs across Asia. He leads the McKinsey Asia Center, a special McKinsey initiative on globalization, and he has helped several major Indian companies shape their global agendas. Gautam also led McKinsey’s thinking and research on performance transformation over many years.

Naina Lal Kidwai is Chairman, Max Financial Services and Advent Private Equity; a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Essar Oil and Altico. She has been Past President of FICCI. She retired on December 2015 as Executive Director on the board of HSBC Asia Pacific and Chairman HSBC India. She was awarded the Padma Shri for her contribution to Trade and Industry. Naina is on International Advisory Council of the Inquiry of United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). She is on Advisory Board Wildlife Conservation Trust, The Rockefeller Foundation Economic Council for Planetary Health, She is one of the Government of India’s representatives on the BRICs Business Council and the INDO-ASEAN Business Council. She is also on the Governing Board of Lady Shriram College and Harvard Business School South Asia Advisory Board.
Nasser Munjee is the chairman of DCB Bank since 2005. He is also Independent Director of Tata Chemicals, Ambuja Cement, Cummins India & ABB India . He holds a master's degree in economics from the London School of Economics. He has earlier held various positions at HDFC for over 20 years, including serving as its executive director. He was the managing director of IDFC and He is also on the board of various multinational companies and trusts. Nasser has deep interest in rural development, housing finance, urban issues, infrastructure and humanitarian causes. He was a technical advisor on the World Bank's Public Private Partnership Infrastructure and Advisory Fund. He is also associated with several public and private institutions as chairman, a member of the board or as a trustee.

Shyamak Tata
Shyamak Tata is the Chairman of Deloitte India and based in Mumbai, with 30 years of experience. Prior to this he was Managing Partner Audit. As a Lead Audit Partner, he has served some of the largest groups and companies—both Indian and multinational. He is a member of Deloitte India’s Coordinating Board as well as the Audit Technical Committee and the Innovation Group. He has led assurance engagements for significant local and multinational entities and has also been involved in due diligence reviews, business valuations, international offerings and Sarbanes readiness work.
Vladislava Ryabota
Ms. Vladislava (Slava) Ryabota, joined the Mumbai office of IFC in 2013. She is a key member of IFC’s Corporate Governance Leadership Team and the center point of contact for both, investment and advisory services for IFC in South Asia. Slava joined IFC in 1997 and worked on a number of corporate governance advisory projects and was covering investment operations in Europe and Central Asia. She specializes in assessment of corporate governance practices, board evaluation, family business governance, governance of funds and SMEs, and has been regularly providing trainings for directors and corporate secretaries. She graduated from the Law Faculty of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. She holds a PhD degree and is a mediator accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution in the UK. Ms. Ryabota is a professional trainer and the author of a number of books and articles on corporate governance, commercial law and mediation.

Koushik Chatterjee
Koushik Chatterjee is Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer with Tata Steel , He was earlier the Executive Director for Europe and before that Group Executive Director, Finance & Corporate. He has been with Tata Steel since 1995. Koushik is on the board of several Tata Steel Group companies. He is a member of the International Integrated Reporting Council, Global Task Forces on Climate- Related Financial Disclosures, Switzerland, the B20 Task Forces under the Chairmanship of Germany on Energy, Climate & Resource Efficiency, Responsible Business Conduct & Anti-Corruption and is a Director of the World Steel Association, Belgium.
